VHS Varsity Girls Basketball Wins Regional Championship

The VHS Girls Varsity Basketball team has once again made history, becoming the first team in program history to win Regionals.

The Lady Bulldogs took down Grand Rapids South Christian, 49-34, capturing the Regional Championship at Hopkins High School.

This season's incredible postseason run has featured just the third district title in program history, and the first regional playoff win, in addition to the first Regional Championship ever for the girls varsity program.

Vicksburg (23-2) advances to the Division 2 state quarterfinal at Battle Creek Harper Creek on Tuesday, March 19th, where they’ll play No. 2-ranked Grand Rapids West Catholic at 7pm.
