Kindergarten Kick-Off 2026

All three Vicksburg elementary schools will be hosting Kindergarten Kick-Off together on Thursday, April 9, 2026 in the Vicksburg High School Performing Arts Center from 5:30 to 6:30pm.

Parents and guardians can meet the teachers, learn about the curriculum, transportation, food service, parent organizations and before and after school care.

The Kindergart Kick-Off meeting is one step in the process to registering your child. Please follow the steps below: 

Step One: please fill out this form. Once you fill out the form, additional information will be sent to you regarding the enrollment process.  All communications will be sent via the email you provided. 

Please note that the registration form is not the Online Enrollment.  

Step Two: Once you fill out the form, additional information will be sent to you regarding the enrollment process. That process includes creating a Skyward account for your child. New families should click here to create an account. If you already have a VCS Skyward account for another child, please go to family access inside your skyward account to add an additional student.

VCS also offers GSRP Preschool, which is a county GSRP program housed in all 3 of our elementary schools, for students who qualify. Information on qualifications for that program can be found here.
